We’ll keep the party going.

PACKAGES

The Hello Margy Team strive to ensure that every detail of your special day comes together perfectly. We work closely with you beforehand to ensure that everything runs smoothly and you can focus on having a good time.

Here’s how it works:

STEP 1

Select your preferred bar setup (The Caravan OR the Timber Bar).

STEP 2

Choose your package (The Let’s Party Package OR the Bartender Package).

STEP 3

Choose your add-ons (Champagne Tower OR Cocktail Package).

STEP 4

To lock in your package and preferred date, sign your agreement and pay the 25% deposit.

STEP 5

Once you have completed the steps above, the Hello Margy Team will work closely with you to bring your event to life. About 4-6 weeks out from your event, we will send through your final invoice for payment.

THE CARAVAN BAR

Margy is a real swell dame.

Hiring the caravan comes with all the bar necessities your event needs:

Bartender Staff

  • 2 x RSA qualified bar staff. (Additional staff may be required if number of guests exceeds 60+)

Drinks & Service

  • Service of bottle beer, wine and sparkling

  • Quality glassware for wine, sparkling, non-alcoholic beverages and spirits (Bar service only; not for table settings)

  • Water dispensers and water glasses (Bar Service only)

Labour

  • Loading and labour pre and post-event.

  • Site Visit (if required)

THE TIMBER BAR

The bar is pretty spesh.

This little dame has been custom built out of sustainably sourced Australian red cedar timber, and locally handmade by the very talented Adam Bindley. Margy’s Bar has a cheeky and entertaining personality - she’s a dame with game.
