Owned and operated by south-coast local Alysha Bindley, Hello Margy is the newest addition to the gang - the partner of coffee caravan Hello Huey.
While Hello Huey provides the fuel for your recovery brunch, Hello Margy is your best friend at cocktail hour. This vintage olive-green caravan bar has heads turning wherever she goes, but she’s not just a pretty face - this dame has all your party drink needs covered.
Our reliable team brings the party to you – whether they’re shaking cocktails or shimmying on the dance floor at the end of the night. From casual backyard gatherings to more formal sit-down affairs, you can trust that the Hello Margy Team will go above and beyond to make your event extra special.

Alysha Bindley, is the brains behind Hello Margy and her dapper daytime twin Hello Huey.
Owning a small coffee business was Alysha’s dream for for quite some time, but it always seemed impossible. However, an opportunity came knocking at her door and she told herself she’d never know until she tried it - so she said yes.
Alysha had a vision - to work hard and persevere until she made herself proud. She never thought she’d own a coffee caravan AND a cocktail caravan in her twenties! Next thing she knew, she was also co- running Honeybee Planners, covering every angle of event planning. She’s our team leader, our boss, and our pal. Just like Hello Margy, this gal does NOT stop.
